RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All MinkAmora Luxury hair products undergo strict quality checks. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service at (980) 213-6887 within 24 hours of receipt. If the issue meets our criteria, we will exchange the item at our cost.
Important: No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition for an exchange.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2 business days, call (980) 213-6887 with your order number. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, or during natural disasters.
BACKORDERS
If an item is on backorder, you’ll be placed on a priority waitlist and contacted with an estimated arrival date. If the item cannot be shipped within 7-10 business days, we will offer a full refund.
SHIPPING POLICY
• Orders require 48-hour processing before shipping (subject to delays during sales or holidays).
• No shipments occur on weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs fees may apply upon delivery, up to 35% of the total order value. MinkAmora Luxury does not calculate or collect these fees. Contact your local postal service for details.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders with incorrect billing or shipping information may be delayed. MinkAmora Luxury reserves the right to decline or refund orders at its discretion. Billing confirmation may be required.
CANCELLATION AND

• Modifications can be made, but refunds are not offered due to the nature of our products.
